Nightly rate includes 1 RV, 1 vehicle (vehicles include but are not limited to cars, trucks, scooters, mopeds, golf carts, side-by-sides and motorcycles), and a maximum of 6 people (all ages) staying overnight at the site. Overflow parking is available for additional vehicles (currently no charge) and for trailers and boats ($15/item/night with RV site rental). No additional charges for a tow dolly. There is a maximum of 3 dogs allowed at each site.

CHECK-IN: MON-SAT 11AM – 5PM AND SUNDAY 1-4PM CST
CHECK OUT: 11AM CST

No new arrivals after 6PM CST unless prior approval is given b management. If unable to arrive by 6PM please book your arrival for the next day.

Rates are subject to change without notice and will be charged at the current rate upon arrival date, not the date of reservation.

Reservations for certain holidays require a minimum three-night stay. We accept all major credit cards. A $100 deposit will be charged to the credit card on file to secure a reservation. A reservation guarantees you an RV spot but not a specific site number.

Cancellation

A $100 deposit will be charged to the credit card on file to secure a reservation. If a cancelation is made greater than 7 days prior to arrival a $50 refund will go back to the card on file within 5-10 business days. No refund of the deposit will be issued if a cancelation is received 7 days or less prior to arrival. No refunds will be issued for “No Show” reservations.

Vouchers may be issued in cases of mandatory evacuations and medical emergencies that can be substantiated by written documentation. There are no vouchers or refunds for voluntary early departures.
